Bio

Hannah is the current Assistant Director of Dance at Kelley Puckett Dance Academy. She earned her B.A. in Theatre with a focus in Dance from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky in 2013. Shecontinued her studies at the American Dance Festival in Durham, North Carolina in both Dance and Arts and Administration. Since December of 2014 she has been a leader, advocate, and a former sitting National Vice President for Delta Chi Xi Honorary Dance Fraternity Inc. Shecontinues to pursue her career in Dance Education in the Central, Kentucky area. She is a former Dance Masters of America certified faculty officer, a certified Leap and Learn curriculum instructor, and continues to travel as a freelance choreographer for collegiate and professional dance of multiple genres. She has past experience as a teaching artist for Lexington Arts and Science Center, Dance team coach for MJM studios Inc, an Arts and Humanities Instructor for Summit Elementary School, Dance Instructor at Ashland Regional Dance Theatre, and Choreographer Assistant for the Ashland Youth Ballet Dance Company. Beyond her teaching and performance career, she diligently works to ensure to give back with community service and promote the importance of academic excellence. While she continues to develop as an artist, she is always thrilled as an alumni of MSU Theatre and Dance department to have the chance to give back her energy through dance. “Never Miss a chance to dance.”
